Yendor Felgate co-founded BHG after stepping down as the CEO of Emergence Growth. He saw a need to focus on building an organisation that can help others thrive using behavioural analytics to design effective people solutions.
BHG is taking the lead across Africa as a Gallup licensed partner to realise human potential. Yendor has over 20 years of executive experience working across Africa and the Middle East. He has led on complex, multi-country implementation projects across multiple industries. He is a successful entrepreneur, an award winning HR leader and coach, and one of the few accredited lead HR auditors of the SABPP. He is currently completing his Ph.D. and is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (UK). Yendor is also a Gallup Certified Coach and Approved Trainer for the Gallup Global Strengths Coaching Course.
