After climbing to the top 1% in her direct sales company and leading a highly successful 25-year career, Sheri reached a point few talk about. Success that looked great on paper but no longer felt fulfilling. So, she made the bold decision to walk away from it all to discover what was next.
That decision led to a new mission: guiding others through seasons of transition and growth with clarity, courage, and confidence.
Today, Sheri is the founder of the Discovering Your Calling Academy™. And the author of Discovering Your Calling – The Ambitious Woman’s Guide to Finding Fulfillment, Freedom, Impact, and Joy. She’s also the host of the Discovering Your Calling podcast and a trusted coach to individuals, entrepreneurs, leaders, and teams.
Whether she’s leading a CliftonStrengths® workshop for a fire department, helping a mid-career woman build a life-first career plan, or working 1:1 with a small business owner to bring a new vision to life, Sheri’s message is the same:

Sheri lives in upstate New York with her husband, Tom. She thrives on new adventures—one of the biggest being the season they spent living aboard a sailboat exploring the East Coast. Today, they split their time between travelling to visit family (and escape the cold NY winters), grabbing coffee or cocktails at a local venue, taking in live music, or heading out into nature. Sheri is a proud mom to three grown sons and “Gramma” to a growing crew of grandkids.
She believes life is too short to wait for someday—and she’s here to help others build the freedom-filled, fulfilling life they were made for.
