Sarah is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach (2019), Level 7 Certified Coach and is currently studying towards her Masters in Coaching (University of Warwick). Sarah’s coaching approach draws from positive psychology, her interest in geography including the benefits of coaching outdoors, and the development of individuals’ careers, vocation and calling.

Today Sarah Crittenden combines the insights, skills and experiences gained from her career/ vocation to date, to coach in two areas. Sarah leverages her Individualisation®, Empathy® and Developer® strengths along with a trauma-informed approach to deliver one-to-one coaching. Often individuals demonstrate amazing resilience in the face of challenges they have overcome or are overcoming (burnout, grief, loss, unemployment, ill health, low self-esteem/ confidence). They are individuals who are ready to move forward with purpose and thrive. Sarah also coaches small but highly impactful teams, investing in the development and well-being of individuals and teams wholeheartedly working to improve the lives of other people and the world around them.
