Micah Lorenc is the owner of Tailored Consulting – a company that specializes in leadership and team development training, executive coaching, and workplace culture consulting. Micah is an ICF Certified Leadership Coach, a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, and an engaging public speaker.
In January 2023, he launched a software startup called CultureLab, which helps both candidates and companies determine whether a candidate is likely to thrive at a new company.
In January 2024, Micah and two other coaches launched The Coaching Exchange Community, a community for new and aspiring coaches to meet monthly, learn more about growing their business, and network with other coaches in the community.
