Kathie Gautille is a seasoned Catholic Executive Coach, Career Coach, and Team-Builder. She is a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach and ACC certified through International Coaching Federation (ICF). Kathie is also certified in YouScience©, a program to help clients understand their aptitude related to careers.
Coaching for over twelve years, Kathie works with individuals, churches, and small businesses to successfully achieve more decisive leadership, communication, and performance. Kathie also works with new coaches launching their businesses.
Inspired by St. John Paul II’s quote, “As the family goes, so goes the nation, so goes the whole world in which we live,” Kathie spent two years researching and has developed a comprehensive series of strengths-based parenting workshops. The workshops help parents better define and sharpen their skills, and Kathie aims to equip parents to faithfully discipline their children toward a lifelong faith in Jesus Christ.
Kathie has a deep affection for the Blessed Mother Mary. She has been on several pilgrimages to Marian sights such as Fatima, Portugal, and Lourdes, France. Kathie is an avid hiker. The most recent pilgrimage she took in the fall of 2022. In October 2022, she finished the 800 kilometers/500 miles Camino de Santiago where she started in St. Jean Pied de Port, France, and finished at the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela. She has expressed that the Camino de Santiago was the most life-changing pilgrimage she has been on.
Kathie has been married to Joe Gautille since 1985. They have three adult children, three grandsons, and two Aussies. Kathie and Joe reside in Dallas, Texas.
