This isn’t just a breakfast. It’s a small, focused space for Strengths coaches to reconnect, think more clearly about their work, and move things forward.
We start the morning in a relaxed café setting, giving you time to arrive, catch up with familiar faces, and meet other coaches who share the same language and curiosity around strengths. It’s intentionally informal at this stage, creating space for real conversation rather than surface-level networking.
From there, we shift into a nearby co-working space for a more focused session. This is where the experience deepens.
Together, we explore ideas, challenges, and opportunities in our coaching practice. Depending on the group, this might include:
- sharing real coaching situations and getting fresh perspectives
- exploring tools, approaches, or exercises that others are using
- reflecting on where we want to grow next as coaches
- creating space to think more intentionally about our business or impact
The format is lightly structured but flexible. Everyone is invited to contribute, and the small group size means there’s time to go beyond quick answers and into more meaningful exploration.
Coaches often leave with:
- new ideas they can immediately apply in their coaching
- greater clarity on a current challenge or decision
- a renewed sense of energy and motivation
- stronger connections with other coaches they can stay in touch with
It’s simple by design. A few hours together, the right people, and the space to think.
