Taking place over four days from 23–26 March 2026. This is a large virtual event scheduled across the American day to accommodate coaches in other parts of the world. Each year, thousands of coaches attend live, with the session recordings made available for the following three months.

Collect ICF credits for the training sessions, and learn from a range of subjects to increase your effectiveness as a strengths coach. Sessions include Psychological Safety, Conflict Management, working with people resistant to coaching, Team Grid Analysis, AI, and turning a single engagement into a coaching relationship.
