The Forum and the Breakfast events will be held at the Hilton London Tower Bridge, just across the road from Gallup’s usual venue at The Shard.
The 2026 theme of, The Human Advantage: Leading With Strengths in the Age of AI, explores one of the biggest opportunities facing organisations today. As artificial intelligence continues to reshape the workplace, how can leaders, coaches and organisations ensure that people remain at the centre?
Throughout the day, Gallup experts and fellow practitioners will share insights into helping people thrive through change, strengthening leadership, supporting managers and creating cultures where strengths-based development enables both people and organisations to flourish.
Beyond the sessions, the Forum is one of the best opportunities of the year to connect with other strengths coaches from across the UK, Europe and beyond. Whether you’re an experienced coach or newer to strengths, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to exchange ideas, build relationships and be encouraged by others who share your passion for developing people.

If you’re planning to attend, I’d encourage you to make time to connect with other coaches throughout the day. Some of the most valuable conversations often happen over coffee, lunch and between sessions. If you’re travelling from further afield, why not arrive the evening before or stay an extra night to make the most of your visit to London?
