Charlotte Whitehead is a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach and a UK-Registered career coach.

She works primarily with mid-career professionals who are seeking to make positive changes to their careers, and she uses a range of tools and exercises to support them including the CliftonStrengths® assessment and the Business Model Canvas®.

Charlotte has particular interests in supporting clients to find purposeful work and also works with people who are considering self-employment or in the early stages of setting up their business. She’s based in Plymouth, UK, but works entirely online.

Before that, she worked in the heritage sector as a paper conservator (UK, Australia, USA). She switched careers in her late 20s having experienced career coaching herself with a careers consultant.
